Prices are flexible and may vary depending on the type of booking, whether it is first minute, last minute, or a seasonal stay – everything is negotiable. The minimum length of stay depends on availability. During the high season we prefer stays of at least 5 nights, but to fill remaining vacancies we are willing to offer stays starting from 2 nights.
